Ensure construction management for the implementation of the Group’s main infrastructure projects

Supervise the execution of job orders by promoting greater efficiency in terms of time and costs, as set out in the Budget and the Plan, while also ensuring compliance with technical specifications and with quality, regulatory, safety, and environmental standards

Ensure the preparation of accounting records for construction works, contracted services, and supplies, in compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, and ensure the proper updating and management of documentation archives required by clients and suppliers

Guarantee the ongoing standardization of security management and its related documentation, reporting any requirements and/or critical issues, including those concerning IT systems and existing procedures
